Tajikistan, New member of Hague Convention

The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has completed the process to abolish requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. Currently, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic are the competent autorithies implementing the accession to apostille services.

IFC Tajikistan Business Regulation and Investment Policy Project supported Tajikistan in finalizing the process of accession to the Hague Apostille Convention.

The government of the Republic of Tajikistan has expressed strong commitment to join the Hague Apostille Convention.

Citizens can verify origin authenticity of the documents through the following website Apostille.tj.

This electronic register (e-Apostille) allows you to verify the apostilles issued for official administrative documents since November 1st 2015.
